Policies & Guidelines

"Thank you for choosing me as your massage and bodywork provider. In order to provide the best service possible to all clients, I have implemented the following policies."

  1. Cancellation: 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price. No-shows will be billed full price. Exceptions for emergencies/illness are at practitioner discretion.
  2. Punctuality: Appointments end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be charged for the full session without extension. First appointments: arrive 15 mins early. Follow-ups: arrive 5 mins early.
  3. Respect: All clients will be treated with respect and dignity. Boundaries will be respected at all times.
  4. Health History: Clients must provide accurate health history and updates.
  5. Scope of Practice: I provide therapeutic massage within my licensed scope. Acute injuries may require a doctor's consent.
  6. Confidentiality: Client privacy is maintained at all times.
  7. Intoxication: Clients under the influence of drugs/alcohol will be asked to leave.
  8. Environment: Non-smoking, odor-neutral office.
  9. Hygiene: Clients are expected to have showered on the same day prior to massage.
  10. Professionalism: Services focus on the individual needs of each client professionally.
  11. Draping: Clients are appropriately draped at all times. Only treated areas are exposed. Breast and genital areas are never massaged.
  12. Conduct: Inappropriate conduct (harassment, sexual advances, etc.) results in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.
  13. Safety: Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
  14. Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed 1-3 days prior.
  15. Payments: 3% charge for credit cards. No extra charge for Cash/Venmo.
